During a interview with pink villa the actress revealed that acting was never part of her career & it just happened to her i happened to do an ad which was hugely publicised after that i got an offer for south indian movie & i thought this is destiny calling i spoke to my parents & they were petty supportive said jasmin to pink villa

Actress recently grabbed headlines for her alleged relationship rumour with aly goni to which she reacted & told e Times i have always maintained that aly & I are best of friends i am not in relationship with him for past 2 years i am being called his girl friend earlier i would laugh off these rumours but now they have started to affect me when i am linked with close friends it affects my friendship with them & that’s upsetting

She added i am an independent girl who is working hard to create an identity for myself & i do not want to be known just as someone’s girlfriend we talk about women empowerment but why is it that instead of appreciating a woman for her work & recognising all her sacrifices & struggles all we do is tag her as someone’s girlfriend & request people to actually empower & respect women & not just talk about it .
